Missing package in Pudo lockers - Bloemfentein

Never using Pudo again, went to collect and open the locker with nothing inside. received a message that it has been collected. Since I am not getting any help or feedback I suspect my package was ******. This was at Bloemfontein Towers Pudo lockers.
