Missing package

Never use this courier company, my package which was shipped on the 10th of January 2022 is missing. Yesterday 17th if Jan got an sms to say that my package is out for deliver which never got delivered to me. Next this I try today the 18th to locate it and only to find it was delivered God knows where because I received nothing. Called this company I get transferred to the operations department which I get cut off and no one can assist. They know where this package is, I’ve been calling all branches even the head office in Johannesburg no one can assist instant I’m transferred to different departments and no one picks up the calls and they cut it off. I am in disbelief that this happened. I still can’t get any help please people be warned don’t use this company . All I needed was to speak to someone who can direct me to the driver who said the package is delivered while it’s not
