Missing Package

The Courier Guy insists that they delivered a package to me on 9 May 2025 and I did not receive it. They insist that their driver does not have the pin number for the delivery, so I, the recipient, must have entered it. I was home the whole day and did not receive the package, which cost R 1600 in purchase funds. We are at a stalemate and they could not care less. I don't think I will ever order anything from the internet again because it will be dependent on courier services and I can't prove that I haven't received it and am now at a loss because the provider is also not responsible as they have shipped it in good faith. So disappointed.
