Missing items from my parcel that they repacked.

I have a complaint about the company The courier guy. On the 6th of January 2024 I went to their kiosk to send my parcels a box with fragile goods and a black bag with clothing items that normally send it like that. The parcel for the clothes was repacked by I don't have the straight response why. On the 10th my customers for the clothes received a small box with only 4 items most of items are not there. I've been asking the about the other items I'm not getting the straight answer. I'm only a runner for this person and her customers wants their order or their money. Please help me. I've using this company since last year and I always sent may parcel like this I don't know what happened.
