Missing Items ****** From Boxes Whilst in Transport

What happens when the contents are removed from your parcel - ie not loss of parcel or breakage of parcel but the parcel arriving minus some of the goods. The courier guy sub contracts the collection of your parcels and no one takes responsibility for your missing items. I Have dealt with Liesel and Rochelle for months on the issue suddenly a while ago they said they will assist me with the claim - I must provide costs and documentation once they got this they retracted and said they still need to investigate. Then they said I did not report within 48hours which I had but it took me time to get them the list of items missing - they did not say they cannot wait longer than the 48 hours for this. In a nut shell the powers that be even go silent on all all y our emails and to get to talk to them is impossible . Finally they then repost that they cannot after all these months interview the contractor as he is now left the subcontractor- I am sure he has.
