MISSING ITEM

I had a parcel tampered with and resealed with The Courier Guy's tape at the bottom of the box. REF : ZLFJHG. One item was missing out of the box. I raised this with The Courier Guy's support e-mail. I received 2 references viz.:CASE***2 & CASE***5. I gave it a week and started chasing up on the missing item. 3 e-mails and absolutely no response from the lady who was supposed to be handling the case. I worked in the logistics industry for 15 years and know this method of theft was used to ***** cellphones and therefore know the importance of weighing the cargo at receipt and on dispatch. The hoodie missing out of the box weighs 490g. This is quite a difference to the 5.6kg dispatched from my supplier. Perhaps because I never took out insurance it's not a priority and they are just hoping this whole thing will "go away" and I'll leave it. The fact that I'm being charged more because it's a high risk consignment doesn't seem to worry them because it's not their money. The design is exclusive to my business and has our logo on the pocket. I have sent photos of what the hoodie looks like and what the bottom of the box looks like. You can see a pen was used to break the original tape from the supplier. I am not using The Courier Guy again unless this issue is sorted.
