Missing goods from parcels delivered

It's unfortunate that after spending thousands at The Courier Guy (as a small business this is a big portion of my business) a month, we will no longer be using them as this is the second time this week my customers have received their goods with items missing. Courier Guy refuse to do anything about it, even though we have proof that the box was opened and retaped.
