Misplaced Parcel unprofessional handling!!!!
My brother placed an order for collection on 27th April 2023, reference/way bill number RTDJ8B.
The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it didn't happen. Today when he calls he's being told that it was delivered to the incorrect address!!!!
Who's fault is it???? We need that parcel collected and delivered to the correct address by today!!!!
This is utter nonsense!!!!
