Misplaced Parcel

Worse experience ever. and the incompetence of their customer service team is insane. They don't update everyone on the issue at hand, you find yourself explaining the same story to 500 people. They mistakenly sent my parcel to CPT and I am in Durban and it took almost 2 weeks for me to get it back and i had to follow up daily with them or else they wouldn't communicate.
