Misleading Website

Stay away from these ***********ly rude people. I booked a parcel for collection at 08h30 this morning and even called in to ask if i book now will it be collected today (Friday) and delivered by Monday they said yes. After 5, with no one showing up I called in, was put on hold for 10 minutes then transferred to the Malmesbury office and a shockingly rude person by the Name of "Lee" who I have a call recording for told me that no the parcel will only be collected by Monday and said she answered the phone as a courtesy as she has knocked off already. There website is completely misleading and they are blatantly lying to the public. How are they allowed to get away with this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...................... They are F&*&R%&#&#^ useless and very rude
