Mishandling of package and blaming everyone else

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Courier Guy. I recently shipped solar panels through them, and they arrived damaged. What made the situation even worse was their response. Instead of taking responsibility for mishandling the packages, they blamed us, the clients, for the damage. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Courier Guy if you want your items to be handled with care and if you expect any form of decent customer service.

I don't recommend anyone to use they services.
