Misdirected package

Very bad experience, my parcel took over two weeks to be delivered, the helpline is very bad and inefficient. This is my very first customer service review I have ever written. I decided to take my time to warn people who are thinking of using courier guy to abstain from it. I strongly advice you not to opt for it, I tracked my package and it was misdirected and it has been circulating between hubs without even getting to the destination. DO NOT OPT for "The Courier Guy" !!!!
