Mis-routed pacle with Courier Guy

I have a clients parcel that has been mis-routed for almost two weeks now. This clients parcel is stuck in Bethlehem or seem to have fallen off of the earth and nobody seems to care to get this parcel to Ficksburg. Secondly, nobody on careline has even TRIED to find it or make the effort to sort out the problem. I don't recommend them at all.
