Middelburg Gourier guy hub

I have shipped a parcel from Roodepoort to Middelburg. Th sender gave the courier 2 flyer bags under one waybill label (6DT6Q). After collecting only one bag no one is able to tell me where the other bag is. JHB has confirmed that the bag should be at Middelburg hub but they are extremely useless as I have tried calling them numerous times but the phone is never answered, my husband even went into the shop and tried confirming with them face to face with no luck. I even spoke to the Middelburg manager and after complaining to her regarding the bad service I receive from the Middelburg hub she brushed it off as if she does not care. One would think that after complaining about the bad service received they will try and improve it but no, they just do not care. To this day I do not know the ware abouts of the parcel. JHB hub is trying to reach Middelburg to sort this issue out but it seems they are not getting any response from them.

I will never in my life make use of courier guy again because I cannot deal with the uselessness of Middelburg hub.
