Mess up, NO accountability!

TERRIBLE service. No want nor ability by support line to sort out a problem, and by 12:00 on a Friday, there are NO operations managers available to sort out any issues! A parcel gets sent out with the incorrect driver. So doesn't get delivered on time. And then NOT able to provide any assistance, even though I'm willing to collect the parcel, they cannot tell me where it is! Different story every time!!!

Holding the line for 15 minutes, NO help!

NO assistance, NO responsibility. Just the usual, eish, sorry.
