****mers!!! Not adhering to the correct delivery time

I’m currently having the worst week because of this company, my order went out for delivery yesterday n it never arrived to me then it was taken back to the Val hub apparently because I wasn’t at my delivery address- I don’t know how when I was at my house the whole day n I never received any call from the person who was supposed to deliver my package. I then decided to contact them today n ask what’s happening , the lady told me that my package is on the way with the driver - waited for the whole day still no package, check on their website n it says it was taken back to the val hub cause I wasn’t at my address whereas they didn’t contact me at all n didn’t come to my place. So m wondering how long will this keep going on cause I want my package n they’re now giving me the run around for a service I paid for . I want my package please
