Worse service ever in my life. Sent a parcel via Pudo, and after weeks of my parcel not arriving to destination, I see emails where I’m being CCed between two people from The Courier guy, and the Tzaneen branch was trying to claim money on my behalf without anyone telling me my parcel disappeared. No one is updating me on who stole my parcel, where it is, where nor when was it ******, and they still don’t want to pay me for my parcel.
