Medicine sitting on floor for 4 days - Unacceptable

Our package was sent on the 7th of December, since then it sat with Equastria for 2 days and 3 days on the JHB depot floor without so much as a phone call.

After speaking to a manager in operations this morning (Monday 13 December 2021) he took the new delivery address as according to him they struggled to deliver at the original address (again without even calling), and promised delivery by this afternoon. Yet when checking at 15:11 the package is still on the JHB floor. This package was medicine for my grandmother so this is totally unacceptable !
