****MED R405 by The Courier Guy

I was ****med out of an amount of R405 last week, and I have reported this matter multiple times via email. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution from your team. This lack of support is extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially considering the seriousness of the issue.

It is both disappointing and frustrating to be left without any feedback or action on a matter that should have been addressed promptly. I even send an email this morning to demand a full refund but I haven’t received any response from The Courier Guy. I am now formally requesting that this issue be escalated to management. I demand a full refund of the R405 as soon as possible so that I can put this matter to rest.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
