I had a parcel sent to me via their pudo locker system, they sent me the locker details and pin but on collecting the locker did not open, I tried again and it said pin does not exist , I sent a message on their WhatsApp and they said they will deliver to my adress, I gave them the adress , 2 days went by and no delivery and on the other side told the sender that I collected my parcel . I even sent them an email and they promised to deliver but up to now I haven’t received my parcel. This is so frustrating and so unprofessional of them
