****med by courtier guy, paid online and no one picked my parcel

In December 2024 I requested for a collection online, paid and received a waybill. I was in my office with the parcel and I kept on receiving sms’s that “parcel could not collected parcel not ready for collection” . I was shocked coz no one came to my office or even a call to arrange collection.eventually the waybill was cancelled. How and why still remains a question. I was ****med by the courier guy. I need my refund.
