So I did an EFT 2 days ago(No way I'm using instant EFT and sharing my banking login/password) and emailed the POP 2 days ago. 48 hours later: Zero balance. I Whatsapped your people. Apparently the subject line of the POP email needed my account number, not just the email body. Did your introductory email mention this to me... NO. Your people offered to get the amount loaded. 3 hours later, nothing! ABSA to FNB EFT does NOT take so long. The money is definitely reflected by now. Please re-look at your processes. Whilst you feel the need to mistrust your customers, your methods are so tedious that I asked your people to consider refunding my money, closing my account and allowing me to use another supplier.
