I made a mistake on a waybill for a Pudo locker. Contacted their customer care and spoke to Mariska Maritz. This lady is a superstar, luckily the parcel was in the right city but going to the wrong locker. She worked her magic and sorted out my frustration and with a calm demeanor at that.. We need more people like Mariska in situations like these.. Kudos to you 👏🏽
