Maliciously damages goods, damages packages and terrible service

We have been using The courier guy since the opening of our business and although they are the most expensive we trusted the process which we did for over a year spending close to R3000.00 a month on deliveries. December comes and they total went down hill, from not having my orders on their system even though i have printed waybills on them, to wanting to deliver all 3 of my packages to 1 customer and now to collecting and breaking my packages, they open and remove items as I am missing some candles, my customer receives the box open and torn, the one package I ask them to return to me, 1 item was missing, there was dents on the box. When asking them to refund my the immediately decline, when as to speak to the owner I got told we will see if he will get back to you and when asked for the refund of the delivery that was returned to me they rejected. So i paid deliver fees and received nothing, this has costed me and my business more money, when you call them they don't answer and when in someone finally does all they say is that they are going to send an email and never do. Terrible service terrible company I will never use them again!
