Make sure they know they can be professional

Please dont send any live reptile food stuff like crickets,meal worms,****roaches,etc ,they take 2 days to deliver,and you only get part of the order ,the package is damaged,you loose youre order.its a waste of time and money .they do not know how to handle all types if contents with respect.
