The Kruman branch lost my parcel and now they are giving me a run around for it. I have spent a lot of money calling them and each time I call I have to start my story from scratch to someone who doesn’t give me clear cut answers as to where my parcel is or the way forward. The other time I was told they will talk to the driver who lost my parcel and come back to me which they never did. I did not do business with a driver, I did business with The Courier Guy. Can the courier guy own up and pay me for my lost parcel and stop playing hide and seek
