Lying personnel at Rustenburg Courier Guy offices

We had a package send to us from Johannesburg to Rustenburg on the 27/12/2018 and got promised that it would be deliver on the 31/12/2018. After numerous phone calls to the courier guy's offices in Rustenburg the receptionist assured me it would be delivered on the 31st. When the day wore on and it got late I phoned her around 3pm and she told me that all the drivers had already left. In my view this is very poor service seeing that Rustneburg and Johannesburg is not even 2 hours apart and the fact that she **** to me.
