Lying Driver

Delivery was meant to be today but I realised that it was getting late and the driver has not contacted me nor has the company.

So I asked via WhatsApp and I was told that deliveries end at 5pm

5pm cane and still nothing, I have been talking to a Megan and he/she says that the driver said he couldn’t get a hold of me so he returned the parcel.

The driver is lying because my phone has been on the whole day, I even received calls from 5 different people throughout the day to be told such.

Whoever he is, he ****.

I hope no one ever uses their services because I’ve never had such issues before with other courier companies
