Lying about the size of parcels and deducting from a pre-paid account.

Pre-paid account was debited with more than the agreed amount. The parcel only weighs 500g but according to the agent the parcel was abnormally large. A small box was used measuring 23 x 15 x 15 cm. This happened twice in one day with the same size box being incorrectly measured.
