Lupho Qanana - Call Centre assistance

Today I got assisted by a lady by Lupho Qanana after one did not come back to me after holding for over 10 minutes waiting for her to give me direction on my shipment. Lupho assisted me swiftly and gave me option to take so I can get my shipment to be picked up. The first lady I talked to didnt even give me her name and further made me wait over 10 minutes for nothing. Thanks again Lupho keep up the good work
