Loyal Customer of 4 Years Treated Terribly by Courier Guy Manager

I have been using The Courier Guy for 4 years now! I have lasted much longer than many of your staff members! You have damaged and lost some of my goods but i understood. The one time i need you to have my back your manager Raquea Sameuls recons its to much work to get a flyer bag out of a cage!
