they break items that are VERY well wrapped and protected AND clearly marked as FRAGILE and then refuse to take any responsibility other than to offer to refund the courier fee which they never do. Then they follow this up with the most ineffectual and frustrating customer assistance help line known to man. It is so bad that I am convinced that they purposefully designed it that way that the unhappy customer just gives up and accepts their ****py service.
