Lost time sensitive package

Wanted to prevent any issues so I went to their kiosk to get assistance on the shipping process. Had to first download the app before they would handle the package. 2 days later I received a call saying that they LOST my package! When asked how long before they are able to resolve the issue and find the package they said around a WEEK! The package sent was time sensitive and important to an event, even if they find it, it may very well be too late! This is really bad service, would not recommend to anyone.
