Lost Products!

I sent a parcel through The Courier Guy Pudo lockers and after my customer received the parcel and opened it, he found 3 items missing. 2 white small and medium shirts as well as a whole Nike two piece. I’ve been communicating with them and I’m not getting any solid response. Who must now reimburse the money? 💴
