Lost parcel with no claim returned

My pudo parcel was lost in DECEMBER. After chasing and chasing for weeks I finally got a claims form to submit for all the goods (worth over R500) that were “lost”. It’s been over a month and still no claim has been processed or updates received. I always use Pudo for my small clothing business so this was beyond terrible service and I am very disappointed
