Lost parcel no feedback

I am highly disappointed that after phoning 3 times over the course of two day and speaking to head office that no one has come back or called me with any feedback as to where my clients parcel is that was delivered to the wrong adress. I have been a costumer for a very long time and spent loads of money sending my parcels through courier guy and they can not even call me back to advise on what is going on and where my parcel is after I have already phoned three times requesting to know what's going on.

The lack of care to a loyal client is very disappointing.
