Lost parcel

I posted i parcel via Pudo locker to locker on the 3red of june and its still not at destination, everytime im told i will get a callback but nothing , today i complained online and they saying its delivered to recipient by how when they don't have recipient address it should be in a locker and recipient says they never received anything. How was it deliverd and its 8 days later. I need help
