Lost parcel

Parcel with waybill LL-EIKL12 when the recipient opened the locker there was no parcel in the locker. Reported to courier guy case nr ***8 case was just closed without feedback. New case nr ***0 so 3 days passed without feedback about this parcel. Case was just closed. This is unexeptable
