Lost parcel at Courier Guy.

Good day. I was suppose to receive the parcel 12th of February 2025. The parcel was sent via Pudo Locker from Durban to Port Elizabeth. It was 22 school shoes that were bought by the runner in durban.

Courier guy normally send an sms or email with Pin when the parcel is out on delivery . On the day of delivery I didn’t receive any pin. The sender was concerned and decided to track the parcel on WhatsApp. The status indicated that the parcel is assigned for the driver and the following day it was indicating the same status. That raises concerned and she decided to make an official enquiry. They indicated that the parcel is under investigation.

The following week I’ve decided to make a follow up on Port Elizabeth Depo. The manager (Leon ) promised to return my call and he did not. The following day I decided to call again and he told me that the driver who was assigned for my parcel is off duty and they are trying to contact him with no luck but still promised to that he will come to the bottom of this by the end of the day. Keep in mind thatI also to deliver the shoes to my customer. Leon called and indicated that they couldn’t get hold of the driver but when they look at the camera the parcel was taken out and it was not scanned . I’ve told him that the driver did that deliberately, he knows the system that before taking it out it must be scanned by doing that you are also alerting the receiver for delivery .

On the 20th of December they have sent the email to the sender to submit Id copy , bank confirmation and the cost of an invoice. The sender request that I must submit because those shoes were mine , she was just assisting as the runner . I’ve submitted the documents as requested. Friday 21 February they have sent an email requesting receipts . The runner didn’t even keep the receipt because she never experienced this and she didn’t even anticipate that the parcel can be ****** . I just cannot deliver to the client because of courier guy officialls that are not trustworthy and ***********.
