Lost parcel and insulting repayment amount!!!

Courier Guy lost my parcel, which they claim their delivery guy was hijacked. No insurance was offered at check-in and minimal disappointing payout was done at 1% of the value. Courier Guy used to be the used, now they are the worst!!!!
