Lost Parcel

I sent a package to my client in Vaal from Witbank at The Courier Guy on the 9th of April. The package hasn't arrived yet to my client. I called The Courier Guy yesterday to enquire and was told that a third party of theirs will deliver the parcel yesterday or today. Today the parcel still hasn't gotten to my client. I called The Courier Guy today again, this time the guy who answered put me on hold while he had a discussion in the background. He hung up the phone and I couldn't get through to them from that point on. The phone kept ringing unanswered. My client and I are very anxious
