Lost package- delay in claim

This is regarding a Claim LOCK***6 which was deposited on the 24th June in Boksburg. The door closed , but Courier Guy reporting that this package was lost. Today is the 02 August, this is over a month ago now. The item lost was a pocket router. I am tired of contacting your team to ask what is the status of my claim. The police have indicated that they cant give me an affidavit to confirm the price as it is on sale. Please sort out this claim
