Lost package

I had a sentimental gift made in honor of a death. Ive been waiting for 6 days for The Courier Guy to deliver the parcel, I have called everyday and have been told a new story each time I call. Promises that they will call me back in two minutes which never happens, that the driver will be at me before 4pm and he never arrives. Today finally they tell me they've lost my parcel.

Great service The Courier Guy. Thanks for making death a little easier to deal with.
