lost package

lost package from Pretoria to Durban and no one can say where this package is this was sent from my business to a another business on 2024/08/07 Tracking the package to the warehouse for days and days after that we track it to Kimberley but not Durban now I think the service of The courier guy is terrible. no one can tell us or keep us up to date about this missing content. today it is the 16th and no delivery yet.
