Lost my Parcel, then delivered an empty box

I sent a parcel from Fourways to Midrand; this took more than a week. I was later contacted by Reuben, who mentioned that my parcel had been lost. Two weeks later, the parcel was delivered, but with all contents missing.

I escalated the matter, and they said that the parcel was delivered per OPS.

Please note that these were board games; I only received an empty box. Pathetic service, I will never use them again, especially after their lack of accountability.
