Lost my package and refuse to take responsibility

Terrible service, do not update the tracking number of packages and after trying to contact them for nearly a week for a status on a current package I get told I need to tell them what I was shipping for them to be able to find it, when I mentioned that the contents are confidential as I was further ignored and have yet to be updated of any information. Terrible terrible service will never use or recommend them
