Lost items but no joy in claiming because of lack of support

So far it's been over 3 months since an item I dropped off has gone missing. They made me submit claim documentation and for 3 months I have been getting the same useless responses with them going around and around in circles. All they do is push the issue back to the same person who in turn fails to do anything about it.
