Lost box!

The Courier Guy Bloemfontein On 12 Feb I phoned to ask them to pick up 2 boxes in Kempton Park on the 13th. Boxes was picked up 13th. 15th I phoned to ask if I can pick up the boxes from them. They said boxes are there. My husband went to pick up the boxes. Paid for two boxes, but only received one box. They said the other box was in their store room and they will deliver it the next day to my home. Nothing was delivered so I phoned. Lady said she would find out what happened and come back to me. Never did. The next day Saturday I asked to speak to the manager. I was put through to an English guy, which I am sure was the same guy who I spoke to on the 12th to arrange the pick-up. He knew nothing of the problem so I had to explain again. He phoned me back once. Said they do not know what happened to the box, but they will have a look at their camera footage and come back to me. Never did. Monday I phoned again. This time the manager was Ruan, an Afrikaans guy who knew nothing about the situation. Again I had to explain. He never phones me back. I have to phone every day and ask what is happening. 2 days ago he said it is possible that they will check at an address in Langenhovenpark if the box was not dropped there by mistake. Everyrime I phone them he has to ask the driver who says there is no one home. Which probably is because he just sit in his truck and hoot and if you do not come out he leaves. Never gets out of the truck to ring the bell. Yesterday I said I want to know by the end of the day what they plan to do. It is 12h00 the next day and I heard nothing from them!!!!
