Lost and damaged goods reports get ignored
On 19 December 2025, they delivered damaged goods and said I must send details etc, which I did immediately, they never respond to damaged or lost goods. When you query it they cant do anything about it because you have to sift through old emails to prove that you sent them an email!!@ they are becoming more and more useless every day

19 Jan 2026, 16:36The Courier Guy have again delivered a parcel for a locker to an actual person, how on earth do they get that rite? Their app doesn't work and try to get a refund for the money on the app, is another process which involves freezing all your movements, so does this mean more goods in transit will also be thrown away with all my other recent losses??
