Lost a sale because of courier guy!!!

Lost a BIG sale today because of a package that wasn't delivered!! called the call center and they just don't give a damn. Apparently the package was with the wrong driver and I was promised that it would be delivered by 14h30... even though it was supposed to be delivered before 11h00 am (as I promised my client). Needless to say I'm still waiting. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! But I suppose I'll still have to pay even though I actually lost money today. Will most definitely change to another courier service. Not interested in doing business with a company that doesn't care about their clients at all.
